Having licenses to practice nursing in Canada, the USA, and India, Akanksha’s professional journey has enriched her understanding of nursing practices across cultures. Now, Akanksha wants to impart her nursing knowledge to foreign-trained nurses in Canada.

After completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in India, Akanksha came to Canada and completed postgraduate certificates in Nursing Leadership and Management, and Healthcare Management. She has also dedicated herself to teaching internationally educated nurses, preparing them for critical licensure exams such as the CPNRE, NCLEX RN, REx PN, and proficiency tests like IELTS and CELBAN.

As an internationally educated nurse, she understands the unique challenges and obstacles foreign-trained nurses face. This personal experience drives her commitment to helping others navigate the nursing licensure journey,  ultimately enabling nurses to achieve their professional goals and successfully integrate into the nursing workforce.
