Passing Guarantee*

*Our passing guarantee is activated when a Full Course trainee can prove that they have failed the Evaluating Exam while having passed all four mock exams (passing grade is 75%), attended 90% or more of lectures, as well as, passed 70% of all quizzes. Qualifying trainees will be allowed to take another Evaluating Exam course within the following cycle or the cycle that follows that.

  • Ethical & Legal Principles in Nursing
    • Nurse practice acts, scope of practice, and professional ethics
    • Patient rights, confidentiality, and informed consent
    • Legal issues in nursing practice (e.g., negligence, malpractice)
  • Health Assessment
    • Head-to-toe assessment techniques
    • Collecting and documenting health histories
    • Identifying abnormal findings and understanding documentation

Week 2: 

  • Safety & Infection Control
    • Standard precautions and infection control protocols
    • Risk management and error prevention strategies
    • Patient safety guidelines (e.g., fall prevention, medication safety)
  • Fluids & Electrolytes
    • Fluid balance, electrolyte imbalances, and fluid compartments
    • IV therapy principles and proper administration techniques
    • Recognizing signs and symptoms of dehydration, overhydration, and electrolyte disturbances
  • Acid-Base Imbalance
    • Understanding metabolic and respiratory acidosis/alkalosis
    • ABG interpretation and appropriate nursing interventions

  • Gastrointestinal System
    • GI anatomy, function, and disorders (e.g., GERD, IBS, ulcers)
    • Therapeutic nutrition, hydration, and diets (e.g., low-sodium, low-fat)
    • Preoperative and postoperative care for GI surgeries
  • Neurological System
    • Neurological assessments (cranial nerves, reflexes, level of consciousness)
    • Common CNS disorders (e.g., stroke, seizures, multiple sclerosis)
    • Pain management and neurological disorders nursing interventions
  • Endocrine System
    • Endocrine glands, hormones, and related disorders (e.g., diabetes, thyroid issues)
    • Diabetes management, insulin administration, and patient education
    • Hypo- and hyperthyroidism, adrenal disorders, and patient education
